Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.


1. DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SCOPE

Lil Slice of Eden Gardening Inc. operates out of Ontario, Canada.

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.
  • International Shipping: We currently offer shipping to the continental United States. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). A valid physical street address is required for all orders to guarantee secure delivery.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and packed Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

  • Standard Processing: Please allow one to three (1–3) business days for our warehouse team to prepare, pack, and verify your order before shipment.
  • Peak Season Processing: During peak gardening seasons (April through July) or major holiday sales, processing times may extend to three to five (3–5) business days due to high order volumes.
  • Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, we immediately begin processing it. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at fernw@lsegardening.com or call +1 (647)2785505 within two (2) hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.

3. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We offer several shipping methods through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS.

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days.

Cross-Border Shipping (To the United States)

  • Standard International Shipping: 6 to 12 business days.
  • Expedited International Shipping: 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers and are not strictly guaranteed. Remote or rural geographic locations may require additional transit days.


4. FREE SHIPPING ELIGIBILITY

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders:

  • Canada: Free standard shipping on orders with a subtotal of $100 CAD or more (before taxes and after discounts).
  • United States: Free standard shipping on orders with a subtotal of $150 USD or more.
  • Exclusions: Oversized, extremely heavy, or bulk items (such as bulk soil bags, large greenhouse frames, or heavy fountains) are excluded from free shipping offers. Specific shipping surcharges for bulk items will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5. ORDER TRACKING

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

  • Tracking Activation: Please allow up to twenty-four (24) hours for the carrier system to update and display tracking information.
  • Registered Accounts: If you created an account on lsegardening.com, you can also view your real-time order tracking status by logging in and visiting the “Order History” section.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

  • For Canadian Orders: Applicable federal and provincial sales taxes (HST/GST/PST) are calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery province.
  • For US Orders: International customers are considered the importer of record. You are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, tariffs, or local taxes levied by the United States government upon arrival. Lil Slice of Eden Gardening Inc. has no control over these government charges and cannot predict their cost.

7. LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, we recognize that issues may occur during transit.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items immediately. Contact our support team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at fernw@lsegardening.com to report the issue.
  • Missing or Stolen Packages: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal depot. If the package remains missing after forty-eight (48) hours from the marked delivery time, contact us to initiate a carrier investigation.
  • Limitation of Liability: Lil Slice of Eden Gardening Inc. is not responsible for packages stolen from your property after successful carrier delivery, nor are we liable for shipments lost due to inaccurate addresses provided by the buyer.

8. UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to our facility because of an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to reship the package.
  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse delivery of a shipment, the package will be returned to us. The return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your final product refund.
