1. STRICT NO-REFUND-WITHOUT-RETURN POLICY (NO “REFUND-ONLY”)

At Lil Slice of Eden Gardening Inc., we strictly do not offer “refund-only” options under any circumstances.

To qualify for a financial refund or product exchange, you must physically return the purchased item back to our facility. We do not issue monetary refunds, store credits, or replacement products while allowing customers to keep the original merchandise.

  • Mandatory Return: No refund will be processed or approved until the physical product is received, inspected, and verified by our warehouse team.
  • No Exceptions: This policy applies to all scenarios, including claims of item dissatisfaction, ordering the wrong variant, or changing your mind.
  • Fraud Prevention: This strict policy is enforced to ensure fair business practices, prevent e-commerce fraud, and maintain product quality control.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Return Window: You must initiate your return request within thirty (30) calendar days from the date you received your item.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging, including all tags, inserts, manuals, and accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt, order confirmation email, or valid invoice number associated with the purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as live plants, seeds, or organic fertilizers), customized or personalized items, and clearance/final sale merchandise.


3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a physical return, you must follow our mandatory step-by-step verification process:

  2. Review and Authorization: Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with our authorized return shipping address. Do not mail items back without an RMA number.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include a slip with your name and RMA number inside the package.

4. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable.
  • Trackable Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for packages lost or damaged by the carrier during transit.

5. INSPECTION AND REFUND APPROVAL

Once your physical return package arrives at our facility, the inspection process begins:

  • Inspection Timeline: We will inspect the returned item within five (5) business days of receipt.
  • Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the goods.
  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Please note that it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for your banking institution or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, our strict return policy still applies:

  • Inspection Requirements: You must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect via email.
  • Physical Return Required: Even for damaged or defective items, we do not issue a “refund-only.” You must mail the damaged or defective item back to us using the pre-paid shipping label that we will provide in this specific instance.
  • Resolution: Once the defective item is physically received and evaluated at our warehouse, we will gladly ship you a brand-new replacement item or issue a full refund, covering your original product cost.
